I genuinely hate (as in, my life would be so much easier without this extra bs I have to put up with) that this is so accurate and reflects with so many things in my personal life.

I hope I'll get my shit together and get my diagnosis as the not so great aspects of ADHD are so frustrating when you're aware of them.

    I encourage you to get diagnosed. I got it via the IVA-2 test, remotely. It cost me around $300 out of pocket and two hours of my time to finally get confirmation that I’m neurodivergent and access medication that has changed my life. Obviously I’m not perfect anymore but meds are easy coping tools. I personally take half the minimum dose (5mg pills of Adderall or Ritalin cut in half) whenever it feels like a hard day.
